Anti-Spam Policy

Select Transport Partners, LLC (“Select Transport Partners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) does not send unsolicited commercial bulk email, and we do not tolerate it being sent on our behalf. We do not buy, rent, sell, or trade email lists, and we do not use harvested or scraped address lists. Every commercial email we send is intended to comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and other applicable laws.

Why you may receive email from us

You may receive a commercial message from us if you:

• submitted a quote request, contact form, or agent inquiry on this website;
• are an existing or prospective customer, carrier, agent, or vendor with whom we have or are pursuing a business relationship;
• provided your business contact information to us directly, at an industry event, or through a referral; or
• published business contact information for the purpose of receiving freight, logistics, or carrier solicitations.

What our commercial email will always include

• accurate sender, reply-to, and routing information that identifies Select Transport Partners;
• a subject line that reflects the actual content of the message;
• our valid physical mailing address; and
• a clear and functioning way to opt out of future commercial messages.

How to opt out

You may unsubscribe at any time using the opt-out link in any commercial message we send, or by emailing HQ@goselect.com with “UNSUBSCRIBE” in the subject line. We honor opt-out requests promptly and, in any event, within 10 business days as required by law. There is no cost to opt out, and we will not ask you to provide any information beyond your email address in order to do so.

Please note that opting out of marketing email does not end transactional or relationship messages tied to active business — for example load tenders, rate confirmations, dispatch and tracking updates, invoices and payment notices, claims correspondence, or compliance and onboarding documentation.

Text messages and phone calls

We send text messages only to individuals who have provided their mobile number and consented to be contacted that way. Message and data rates may apply, and you can stop messages at any time by replying STOP. We also honor requests to be removed from our calling lists; to make one, contact us at 888-965-0191 or HQ@goselect.com.

Fraudulent email sent in our name

Freight fraud is widespread across our industry, and bad actors sometimes spoof brokerage names, domains, and employee identities. Our only official email domain is goselect.com. Select Transport Partners will never ask a carrier to pay a fee in exchange for a load, and we will never request or accept changes to banking, remittance, or payment details by email alone. If you receive a message that claims to be from us and asks for payment, credentials, or a change to payment instructions, do not act on it — verify it first by calling 888-965-0191.

Reporting spam or suspicious messages

If you believe you received spam from us, or a message that fraudulently claims to come from us, please forward it — including the full message headers, where possible — to HQ@goselect.com. We investigate every report.

Third parties

We do not authorize any third party to send email marketing on our behalf except under a written agreement requiring compliance with this policy and applicable law. Any party that violates this policy may have its authorization and access terminated.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version takes effect when it is posted to this page, and the “last updated” date above will reflect the change.
